I cut 7" off my hair and decided to get it cut shoulder length. I wore it up in a bun 90% of the time and was going back into an office after 17 years at home. Simply remember a time you smiled a lot, laughed out loud at something and start piecing together what those experiences and times were. They were your indicators of happiness or passion. This particular exercise should be simple and there are no wrong answers. When I did this exercise in my life in 2014 I had memories of riding a horse, smiling and feeling happy. It was this memory that triggered my desire to ride again and for four years grew into a huge passion that brought me immense happiness. Your answer here doesn’t lock you in to something for a lifetime. It is merely a starting point to have you give attention to times when you experienced the joy you now seek.
